Susan Snipes joins AIGA Colorado’s all female Executive Board

Susan Snipes’s new two-year term as AIGA Colorado’s Secretary officially commences today, June 1st 2007. In this position on the Executive Board, Susan will organize documents and files, manage correspondence, and work closely with the new President (Mindy Nies) and Vice-President (Dawn Putney) and the continuing Treasurer (Tiffany Furman) on chapter initiatives. For the first time in AIGA Colorado’s history, the Executive Board is comprised solely of women.
Susan has been actively involved with AIGA Colorado’s Board for the past year and half. She just finished a one-year term as Assistant to the President, working on special assignments. Prior to that, Susan was the Web site Phase II Implementation Chair where she helped push the new web site to completion.
Along with Amy Kenreich (Amy Kenreich Graphic Design) and Chris Arnold (Limber Creative), Susan is currently co-chair for AIGA Colorado’s Buzz, a monthly networking and education event for independent designers in the metro Denver area.
