The first step in our process is to understand your vision for your business, your target audience and goals for your customer communications. We can also include a competitive analysis, a review of the strengths and weaknesses of your current materials and provide additional suggestions for expanding your customer reach.

Plan
Working together, we develop concrete project objectives, timelines and a list of collateral and supporting documents for your project. This may include items such as a list of deliverables, project timeline and milestones, or site map for your Web site.

Design
Using the information and materials gathering during the Visualization phase, we develop a set of designs for both online and offline marketing collateral that are created to reflect your business goals and enhance your customer relationships. During this phase, we have the opportunity to review, modify and finalize the designs.

Produce
After finalizing the designs, offline materials are prepared for the printer and online materials go into production.

Deliver
The final versions of all materials are delivered and the online products are launched.
